Shipping Policy – Sinner Butter
At Horribly Healthy, we use Australia Post to ship all Sinner Butter orders within Australia.
Once your order has been placed, we aim to process, pack and dispatch it as quickly as possible. You will receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping timeframes
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, Australia Post’s network, public holidays, peak periods, weather events or other delays outside of our control.
As a general guide:
Standard Shipping: Usually arrives within 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
Express Shipping: Usually arrives within 2–5 business days, depending on your location.
Please note that shipping timeframes begin once your order has been dispatched, not from the moment the order is placed.
Order processing
Orders are packed and dispatched during business days.
During busy periods, promotions, product launches or high-volume order times, processing may take a little longer. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Tracking your order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information via email or SMS, depending on the details provided at checkout.
Please use the tracking link provided to follow your parcel’s progress through Australia Post.
Incorrect shipping details
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
If you notice an error, please contact us immediately at info@sinnerbutter.com.au with your order number. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to update the address.
Horribly Healthy is not responsible for parcels that are delayed, lost or returned due to incorrect or incomplete delivery details provided at checkout. If your parcel is returned to us, additional postage fees may apply to resend your order.
Delivery delays
Once an order has been dispatched, delivery times are managed by Australia Post and are outside of our direct control.
While we will always do our best to assist with tracking or delivery concerns, Horribly Healthy is not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post, public holidays, weather events, incorrect addresses, missed deliveries or other circumstances outside of our control.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel appears to be lost, delayed or damaged in transit, please contact us at info@sinnerbutter.com.au with your order number and tracking details.
If your order arrives damaged, please include clear photos of the parcel, packaging and product so we can review the issue and help find a suitable resolution.
